Sr. Surgical Technologist, Nights - OR (Parnassus)
Job Description
In addition to performing the duties of the Surgical Technologist, the Senior Surgical Technologist functions in a specialty service and utilizes and troubleshoots service implementation and equipment and is a resource to the Surgical Technicians.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- One year experience as a Surgical Technician
- Demonstrated competency in more than one surgical specialty
- Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Graduate of Surgical Technologist Training Program; or equivalent experience.
- High School Diploma; or equivalent experience
- The flexibility to orient or work at all UCSF Health locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Surgical Technician
License/Certifications:
- Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
