Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, Indiana's first community mental health center, provides comprehensive care for emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness and substance abuse. The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.

Job Role Summary
The Clinical Program Coordinator provides administrative supervision to Clinicians, Care Coordinators, Support Specialists and other related positions. This position collaborates/consults with psychiatrist, manager and other personnel for the integration and development of necessary treatment services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Proactively contributes to Eskenazi Health mission: Advocate, Care, Teach and Serve with special emphasis on the vulnerable population of Marion County. Models Eskenazi Health values
Provide administrative supervision to Clinicians, Care Coordinators, Support Specialists and other related positions
Provide orientation and on-the-job training to assure staff is well prepared for their roles
Collaborates/consults with psychiatrist, manager and other personnel for the integration and development of necessary treatment services
Participate in developing in-service training opportunities to assure staff remains current in their practice.
Provide consultation and education to community groups and the public
Work collaboratively with other organizations to assure continuity of services for our clients, developing systems for referral
Monitor work performance, prepares personnel data and performance evaluations as assigned.
Assist staff in preparing documentation, including letters to court, evaluations and professional correspondence
Assist Manager in managing contacts, grants and other service agreements
Alter activities/behaviors to reflect and ensure adequate care appropriate to the age of the clients
Fulfill duties noted in area specific competencies (Adult, Acute, Youth, Residential, or Addiction Services)
Maintain age specific and job specific competencies as described according to department/area/and unit specific competencies
Job Requirements
Master's degree in human services plus five years' experience
State licensure for independent practice
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Assist in developing and implementing/monitoring policies and procedures
Assist in performing individual, conjoint, family and group therapy as an observer and role model for the development of supervisees' skills
Participate in program planning, development and evaluation
Model and follow Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center values
Assist in the development of program budget, oversees staff productivity
Perform other job related duties as assigned
