Job Summary

The Lab Services Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between Laboratory Services, provider, insurance companies and other healthcare agencies, and is responsible for providing high quality customer service to lab services customers in a high stress environment.


Required Qualifications

- Require two (2) years of phlebotomy experience with all age groups, and one (1) year of registration experience which may be concurrent with phlebotomy experience.
- Require current/active phlebotomy certification with a nationally recognized agency requiring both an exam and clinical experience.


Mandatory Education

HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate


Required License and Certs

CP: Certified Phlebotomist
FDL: Valid Driver's License
