Description In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day oversight and operational leadership of the Sleep Laboratory, working closely with the Operations Manager. You’ll directly supervise both technical and administrative staff, using input from the Medical Director, Administrative Director and Principal Technologists to guide workflows, evaluate performance, and implement processes that drive quality and efficiency. Oversee all Sleep Laboratory staffing and Human Resources-related issues, as well as provide backup and assistance to the overall Clinical Neurophysiology management team at all UCLA Sleep Lab locations as needed for Laboratory operations. Salary Range: $45.69-99.76/hr Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivilent experience is required, while a master’s degree is preferred
3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
