Department Ultrasound_NPA Job Summary Performs both vascular and general diagnostic Ultrasound procedures on adult, geriatric, pediatric and adolescent patients. Performs vascular Ultrasound procedures under the direction of the Vascular Lab Clinical Manager. Preforms general Ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and/or the Ultrasound Clinical Coordinator. Must perform variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, not requiring constant supervision of technical detail, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed sound waves for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
