Job Summary:

Receives and efficiently processes incoming and outgoing emergency and non‐emergency pre‐hospital service requests in a timely manner. Utilizes system status management for appropriate dispatch and coordination of emergency medical resources for all Parkview Health pre‐hospital air and ground units. Provides medical information using protocol driven instructions. Possesses understanding of emergency dispatching programs, policies and procedures that prescribe how emergency and non‐emergency patient care needs for ground and air transportation is assessed, evaluated and met. Coordinates information and resources with other public safety agencies.
