The Role 

As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist 1, you will work alongside neurologists, epilepsy specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to perform diagnostic studies that support the evaluation and treatment of neurological conditions. The role combines technical skill, critical thinking, compassionate patient care, and continuous learning in a dynamic clinical environment. 

In an average day, you will: 

• Perform EEG and Evoked Potential studies on pediatric and adult patients. 

• Review patient histories and prepare patients for testing. 

• Explain procedures to patients and families while helping reduce anxiety and improve understanding. 

• Apply electrodes and obtain high-quality diagnostic recordings. 

• Monitor studies and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. 

• Document findings accurately and ensure quality standards are maintained. 

• Partner closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and care planning. 

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
