This position is 32 hours per week.

The DH benefit's package starts the first day of employment.

Evaluates and participates in diagnostic testing and treats patients.


Responsibilities
  1. Based on medical referral, medical record, and examination evaluates, sets goals, plans, and executes treatment. Provides discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
  2. Determines the need to refer patients to other diagnostic, medical, and therapeutic services.
  3. Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, committees, etc.
  4. Provides documentation and record keeping. Coordinates scheduling of patients and meetings.
  5. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.

Required Licensure/Certifications

- New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist licensure required; active Provisional or full license accepted. - Currrent BLS Certification Required

  • Pay Range: $77,792.00/Yr. - $124,467.20/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
