Job Title: Physical Therapist - Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)
Location: Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Noblesville, IN

The details:
The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic – Noblesville consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients. Lymphedema experience a plus.

- Schedule is Monday - Friday

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
- Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
- Other duties as assigned

- Education Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana
Experience Requirements
- One (2+) years of outpatient experience with CLT
- Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification Requirements
Minimum:
- Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
Qualifications
Education
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Physical Therapy.
Masters or better in Physical Therapy.
Licenses & Certifications
