Summary
Clinical Pharmacist - Precision Health and Ambulatory Oncology
Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | Parkview Packnett Family Cancer Institute
Parkview Health is seeking a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join the team in a unique hybrid role supporting both Parkview’s Precision Health team and the outpatient clinical oncology pharmacy services at the Parkview Packnett Family Cancer Institute (PFCI). This pharmacist will serve in a key clinical care coordination role, connecting precision medicine, oncology providers, and patient-centered cancer care. The pharmacist will actively participate in the newly formed PFCI Molecular Tumor Board and provide direct clinical input when tumor genetic profiling results identify opportunities for treatment optimization. This may include review of results from molecular profiling vendors such as Caris, Helix, Foundation Medicine, Natera, and others.
The ambulatory oncology clinic portion of this role will provide rotating coverage across PFCI oncology clinics to support off-time coverage for existing clinic oncology specialist pharmacists.
