Under the direction of the Director of Critical Care and in collaboration with the Department Chair, the Respiratory Supervisor assures that the clinical practice standards and the standards of performance are achieved.  The supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned departments to accomplish departmental goals.  Shares accountability for department outcomes.  Assists with the development of goals and objectives for the department, provides input into modification as needed, and assures that the goals are achieved. Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.  Three to five years’ experience in respiratory therapy required.  At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred. Current New Hampshire Respiratory Therapy license required.  RRT; Registered by the NBRC,  BLS required
 
Minimum: $43.37
MAximum: $69.40
