Supervise, monitor and evaluate the administrative and technical functions of the Diagnostic department and scheduling of the technical staff. Assists in optimizing patient flow through the department by overview and coordination of inpatient / outpatient scheduling.  Maintain a high level of technical skills to regularly and proficiently perform and teach all of the department procedures, and act as a technical resource for staff and providers. Identifies, develops, and implements new procedures. Interview and assist with hiring of technical staff. Conduct performance appraisals on all Diagnostic Radiology Staff and make recommendations to the Associate Director on disciplinary matters. Act as a preceptor to new staff, providing instruction in job responsibilities, overseeing job performance, and offering constructive feedback during their orientation period. Provides ongoing support in career development related to business operations as staff move beyond their orientation period.

Associate’s Degree from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology. Two years experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.  New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License – current.  CPR certification must be acquired and maintained within three months of hire date and maintained bi- annually.
