RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for a medical surgical, telemetry floor, in our New Brunswick Facility, We are seeking an adaptable and skilled in providing high-quality care across various clinical settings, who is looking to work in a supportive team environment while maintaining effective communication with patients and colleagues, Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Basic Life Support CPR, through American Heart Association Preferred: Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred, Certified nursing assistant preferred, Scheduling Requirements: Night Shift, 24 hours per week 2 shifts per week, 7p-7:30a, includes every other weekend and some holidays, Essential Functions: The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients including taking vital signs, EKGS, performing phlebotomy, assisting or providing patients with bedside care, i, e, bathing, mouth care, skin care, Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service Providing for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actions Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient s care Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from ad mission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job, Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice, RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
