Job Description
The lab courier is responsible for the timely and secure transport of laboratory specimens, samples, and documents between healthcare facilities and laboratories. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Experience Requirements:
- One year of courier or customer service experience preferred.
License Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
Skill Requirements:
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
