PFA Program Coordinator

Job Description

UOVUNIUSR0082289EXTERNALENUS Develop and implement healthcare access-related programs and transition programs from new initiatives to operational norms. Create or modify applicable policies; develop workflows in Visio and standard operating procedures with appropriate tip sheets for all areas of responsibility. Serve as project manager within scope of responsibility to ensure program is developed, communications for key stakeholders are defined, prepared and executed and training is planned and executed for all impacted team members. Provide effective leadership to a unit of activities, processes, or resources. Model effective communication and collaboration skills/behaviors. Take action to achieve measurable results. Support innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness. Manage within approved budget. Apply knowledge of functional area to effectively manage operations. Meet external and/or internal customer needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare related field plus 1 year of experience as a PFA Program Coordinator or any related occupation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The starting base rate for this role is $86,314.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
