Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, protected supervision time, and paid documentation time—so you can fully support children and families while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With dedicated parent coaching time, strong administrative support, and a manageable caseload, this role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate, playful, and committed to ethical, assent-based care.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related clinical field. Or
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Upon hire: Washington Behavioral Analyst License.
  • 2 years Experience in Preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old.
  • Experience in Preschool and/or early intervention setting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Consultation and supervision experience
  • Participation in interdisciplinary settings.
  • Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy.
  • Experience with providing parent support, coaching, and education
