Hourly Midpoint USD $47.86/Hr. Overview Neonatal Therapist Position (SLP or OT)   Are you passionate about supporting infant feeding development in the NICU? We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Rehabilitation Team and help shape the future of neonatal care at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.   Our 18-bed Level III NICU is preparing for an exciting phase of growth and expansion—both in patient volume and in the depth of our developmental and feeding programs. With new and expanding opportunities for partnership with our Neonatology team, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration, this position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage of development for our unit.   What this role would involve: Provide specialized therapy services (SLP or OT) to support feeding, neurodevelopment, and family-centered care in the NICU. Partner closely with nursing, neonatology, and developmental care teams to enhance patient outcomes. Help grow and refine our neonatal rehab program as we continue expanding our developmental and feeding pathways. Contribute to education, process improvement, and program development initiatives as we elevate our NICU’s level of service.   What We’re Looking For: Strong interest and/or training in developmental care and feeding in the NICU setting. Description Occupational Therapist / OT  A Bachelor's degree in Cccupational Therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited program.   Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia.   Must have and maintain NBCOT certification.  At least one year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
