Description This part time position will be working on weekdays, day shift. The BSW Social Worker functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides social services to PACE Participants, family, caregivers, and decision-makers in a manner which is consistent with the mission and core values of Providence Health System. Provides casework and resource assistance to enhance the overall psychosocial functioning of persons being served.
