Description
The occupational therapist (OT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services. Upon referral, the OT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care, reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning.
Required qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy.
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
