Description The physicians at the UNC Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery are experts in the treatment of a variety of pelvic floor disorders. Pelvic floor disorders are caused by weakened pelvic muscles or tears in the connective tissue. As the pelvic floor weakens, it cannot continue to provide the support that your organs need to work effectively. This can cause problems with the bowel, bladder, uterus, vagina, or rectum. This position qualifies for a commitment incentive of $7500 paid in equal installments over a three year period.
