Position also responsible for assisting participants with equipment orientations. Monitor Telemetry, provide participants guidance in safe and proper usage of all fitness equipment, performing preventive wellness assessments, baseline assessments, organize and implement programs pertaining to cardiopulmonary rehab and attend health fairs/outside events representing Augusta Health Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program. Exercise physiologist will also provide education to inpatients discussing cardiovascular risk factors, cardiovascular diagnosis, and benefits to attending the Phase II Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program.
