Department Pharmacy Job Summary The CPS – LTC/Consultant Pharm Serv (Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Long Term Care/Consultant Pharmacy Services), provides comprehensive medication management services to residents at Sarasota Memorial Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (SMNRC) and consultant services to various other off-campus SMHCS Institutional Class III permit locations as assigned. Collaborates with Sarasota Memorial Health Care System leadership in the development, planning, implementation, and operation of consultant pharmacist services, advising on state and federal laws and regulations, including those unique to the SMNRC patient population.
