Description As a Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient Cardiology, you will provide care to patients in our cardiology wards, frequently practicing under collaborative drug therapy management agreements. At the cardiac center for the Providence Oregon Region, you will care for complex patients, including those receiving advanced heart failure therapies and heart transplant. You will be a preceptor for our large residency class and for students in our layered learning model. The Clinical Pharmacist will also practice in a secondary clinical area of Med/Surg and support operational/distributive pharmacy services.
