Position Details: The clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care will provide direct patient care to patients in the ambulatory setting, ensuring safe, cost-effective medication therapy and optimizing pharmacotherapy plans through disease state management programs and collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) protocols.
