Description The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality speech-language pathology services to individuals with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Working under physician referral, the SLP evaluates patients, develops and implements individualized plans of care, and collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal functional outcomes.
