This also includes greeting the patient, collecting information, entering patient data, processing claims, and referring inquires that are out of the scope of the PDT’s license to a supervising pharmacist. The Community Pharmacy Technician II assists in maintaining pharmaceutical inventory and supplies through ordering, receiving, stocking and record keeping.
