The registered dietitian (RD) per diem, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide general nutrition care that is integrated with overall goals of care for adult and/or pediatric patients at risk for nutrition problems in inpatient and outpatient settings. The RD in this classification works in inpatient or outpatient pediatric and adult settings to provide nutrition care for patients with a wide range of clinical problems. Primary responsibilities include nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention and evaluating clinical outcomes; coordination of daily work for dietetic technician(s) (DTR) assigned to area; participation in compliance, department projects, and quality performance improvement efforts; active involvement on interdisciplinary teams and committees; and contributions to the supervision of dietetic interns, and teaching assigned classes.

The Environmental Services Lead will support the directives of the Environmental Services Leadership and provide leadership with related feedback in regard to the staff’s work performance and the daily departmental operations. The Lead in conjunction with the Supervisor will assist Environmental Services staff so that the hospitals environment are cleaned and patient ready in an efficient manner and in accordance to departmental procedures. As necessary, The Lead will generate the Bed Turn Over Board and support OR and custodian staff.The Lead does not have full authority in administering disciplinary action, this position does carry the responsibility to report to the Environmental Services Leadership, concerns created by poor work performance of an employee, or by his/her failure to follow departmental policies or regulations.

Reporting to the Audiology Clinic Manager, the Audiology Aide performs developmentally appropriate behavioral management of children for valid test results. Organizes appointments, scheduling, intake, follow-up, and liaison with referring physicians, referring agencies and educational programs. Assumes responsibility for financial information pertaining to each patient including authorization and billing, maintains monthly revenue and statistical reports, and maintains general office function.Additonally, this position provides clerical support to the Audiology Department. This position functions independently in carrying out standard and complex office procedures as well as interacting with other hospital departments and clinics, physician offices, providers, and patients/families. This position will serve as a primary contact between hospital employees, vendors, managers, and administration.
