The dietitian, under general supervision, as part of a multidisciplinary care team, provides nutritional care for patients and customers. Responsibilities include nutritional assessment; care plan formulation, documentation, and implementation; patient/staff/community education; interval reassessments and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration.
Coursework/Training: Successful completion of internship approved by the American Dietetic Association.
