Description Job Summary The Physical Therapist plans, organizes and administers medically a prescribed physical therapy program to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability for patients with injuries; muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases; debilitation; and/or loss of ability to perform functional activities. The Physical Therapist helps patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Job Responsibilities Review physician's prescription, patient's condition and medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
