Summary: The University Of North Carolina Hospital Department of Pharmacy’s Acute Care Services Team has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual interested in providing patient care to our adult heart and vascular patients. This pharmacist will cover the Heart Failure and Cardiac Surgery services at UNC Hospitals. The Clinical Pharmacist will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside our adult heart and vascular services including heart failure, cardiac surgery, cardiac intensive care unit, cardiothoracic intensive care unit and other cardiology services as needed to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to inpatients at UNC Hospitals.
