Description As part of Providence's focus on Health Equity and Inclusion, a Trauma Support Program is being developed to mitigate the health risks created in the wake of injury and trauma. A key component to this program are MSW-level Trauma Support Specialists. Trauma Support Specialists at Kadlec Regional Medical Center utilize evidence-based practices to provide high risk patients with support during their emergency department visit and/or inpatient stay at Kadlec and during their recovery period in the community.
