Job Description Description Position qualifies for our Inpatient Respiratory Care Incentive Program, which includes a $12,000 commitment incentive with a three (3) year commitment, a sign on bonus of $3,000 with a 1-year work commitment and participation in our employee referral program ($3,000 referral bonus to employees who refer other Respiratory Therapists).
