In doing so, they contribute independently to an interdisciplinary approach to patient care service delivery across the continuum of care. This position will be primarily working with Peri-operative patient population to assist with safe disposition following surgery and provide recommendation on follow up plan of care. Please note that this position requires availability to work one late shift (8:00 PM or later, based on patient care needs) per pay period (15 days), up to a total of 12 hours per pay period, and one designated holiday. All scheduling is contingent upon patient care needs.
