Overview The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Pharmacy in Lebanon, NH seeks a full-time Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our Inpatient team. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing institutional pharmacy clinical services. Facilitates the development, implementation, advancement, and maintenance of pharmacy clinical services. Promotes desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapies. Serves as a resource to other pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and health care professionals, as well as addresses the learning needs of staff. This is a Full Time, 40hr per week, benefitted position. Dartmouth is the best where it matters most!
