Description This is a full-time pharmacist position within our Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy Clinics, which are located across Snohomish County. The pharmacist will be working directly with patients in the clinic to manage multiple conditions. Our current services include Anticoagulation, Dermatology, Diabetes, HCV, HIV/PrEP, GI, LAIAs, Lipids, and Osteoporosis. The successful candidate may be assigned to work to one or multiple of these services, depending on their background, experience, and clinic needs.
