Description
Providence St. John’s Health Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist Specialist for active involvement in medication management through direct patient care activities in the ICU specialty area.
Serve as a content expert and therapeutic consultant. Apply knowledge and critical thinking skills to evaluate, optimize, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure cost-effective, patient-centered medication therapy. Establish effective relationships to provide high quality care and provide leadership within the healthcare team for provision of clinical pharmacy services in a specific practice area, demonstrating professionalism and exhibiting the core values of Providence.
