Position Details:
The clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care will provide direct patient care to patients in the ambulatory setting in Parkview’s Pulmonology clinic. This position helps support access and affordability for patients, in collaboration with a Financial Navigator. This position will ensure safe, cost-effective medication therapy and optimizing pharmacotherapy plans through disease state management programs and development of collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) protocols. Parkview Ambulatory Pharmacists practice at the top of their education.
