Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD
Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or
Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics....
