Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or,
PharmD - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Board Certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties specific to area of practice...
