Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or,
PharmD - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent educ/experience.
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
