41141779 POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to the patients of Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center through monitoring of drug therapies, interaction with other individuals of the healthcare team and the education of staff, patients and their family members. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy required.
