Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy team, serving our infusion centers in Nashua and Manchester, New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will play a key role in leading and supporting clinical initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, safety, and efficiency within the oncology service line. This includes dispensing medications, working under collaborative practice agreements, monitoring patient drug therapy, developing and implementing pharmacist-led programs such as post-treatment follow-up calls, supportive care optimization, and chemotherapy education initiatives.
