We are seeking an Occupational therapist with strong communication, empathy and communications. The right OT should have the ability to create a safe, engaging and therapeutic environment. As an OT in our adolescent unit, you will conduct functional assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Facilitate therapeutic group and individual sessions focused on life skills, emotional regulation, sensory integration, and coping strategies.
