Description This is a per diem/on call position. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical disabilities in accordance with all applicable and commonly accepted professional standards of practice. Designs treatment plans, which focus on maximizing independence with personal care and activities of daily living. Documents care, coordinates with the physician, other facility staff, and family members regarding the scope of the treatment plan, instructs in precautions, follows through on the need for additional service or referral.
