Job Description Summary The Lead Therapist III in the Physical or Occupational Therapy Department reports to the Rehab Manager. Under general supervision, the Lead Therapist III develops, supervises and provides optimal patient care services as referred by physician for Physical or Occupational Therapy, based on population-specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family directed approach. This role provides daily operational supervision to assigned staff; Physical or Occupational Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants. This position functions as a mentor and expert in specific clinical area and possesses advanced clinical skills. Provides clinical education experiences for physical therapy students as assigned.
