Job Description Description JOB SUMMARY The Occupational Therapist, Home Health, e valuates, plans, and administers comprehensive occupational therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE Manages an occupational therapy caseload with efficiency and efficacy Completes clinical documentation in the medical record per department guidelines and completes department records for billing and statistics.
