Job Description Description Occupational Therapist provides patient care assessment and treatment, program development, and team leadership when assigned. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs in hospital settings to help rehabilitate those impaired because of illness, injury or psychological or developmental problems.
