UNC Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Raleigh is a Skilled Nursing Facility that offers interdisciplinary rehabilitative care with a team approach in mind. Our goal is to help our patients reach their maximum rehabilitation and functional potential and to return to their prior level of mobility and safety. Our Rehabilitation Department consists of a multidisciplinary team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs and Rehab Aides that works collaboratively with an in-house Medical and nursing team to provide skilled services to our Rehab patients.
