Description: The Nursing Excellence Coordinator is a key leadership role within the nursing administration team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of nursing excellence initiatives. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining Pathway to Excellence designation, promoting Shared Governance, managing nursing recruitment and retention strategies, monitoring nursing turnover rates, overseeing the creation and distribution of the nursing newsletter, and implementing meaningful recognition and award activities and programs. This is a hybrid position with a primary schedule of Monday through Friday, dayshift hours (24 hour a week).
