Madera, California, 93636 Job Summary: This position assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's overall approach to quality and patient safety within the Trauma Program. This position is accountable for: 1) supporting the organization's performance improvement process; 2) providing stewardship for the medical staff, nursing and other clinical professional peer review processes; and 3) identifying performance trends, as well as prioritizing and recommending improvements.
